Tragedy hits and not only are you knocked down, but emotionally drained. It’s as if someone has literally reached their bare hands into your chest and ripped out your heart. We all suffer many kinds of losses through the death of a loved one, a divorce, a move, a job loss, retirement, pet loss, disability, etc. Yet, at some point, we must begin to recover and recharge after our loss. The Grief Recovery Class will be offered for 8 consecutive weeks, with the goal of coping and connecting after a painful loss.
We will meet Wednesday evenings, March 6-April 24, 6:30-8:30 in the Parlor.
We ask that you just pay for your book, and that payment can be made at the class.
